I consider myself a creative person. When I work I feel full of life, overjoyed with happiness and passion whenever I am giving birth and life to a new form.

It moves me to think that this creation communicates me with my subconscious mind, in other words, with my inner self. It express what drives and moves me, what concerns and worries me, what I want to convey to the world, what shows me, a little more, who I am.

I am the one that communicates with all that exits, the one that walks along the evolutionary life of the creation and breathes the creator breathing. I am the creator of my own life and as such I wish to express my deepest feelings of satisfaction now that I am about to have my first solo exhibition.

This exhibition show my latest work, works that represent or allude, in some way, to Nature, source from which I drink to create and also from which springs the criteria of my life

ARTEVIVO (living art) is not only how I name my exhibition. These words also, conceptually express the bond that humans have with nature since the advent of man. The human being has been increasingly disconnected from Nature, loosing much of its vital power.

Nature is the mainstay of Humanity and has to endure every action of man. Nature gives us the grace to be alive every day. Due to this, ancient civilizations worshiped the forces of Nature.

It is an act of greatness, an act which binds the human with the flow of creation, a symbiosis, a synergy between the two that have its effects in the evolution of life.

Life gives us the opportunity to be alive and to live together in a continuous flow of creation.

To live you have to know the art of being alive, it is like a flow with Nature and creation. I think the artist is a messenger of Nature, a tireless imitator, a visionary, a creator who creates his or her work through the flow with Nature.

ARTEVIVO is the recognition of form, the natural expression and revival of Nature. It is the perception of the union of art and life.

It is the expression of the creation of form, concepts, suggestions, visions and views in accordance with the creative Nature.

My work shows these emotional concepts that are intertwined with the art, the tangible and the senses.

The works shown in this exhibition are quite expressive, dynamic and they convey a powerful exuberance and a rich variety of materials, being iron the main one.

Iron is a material that I love for its physical qualities. I also like the alloys with other metals. They give me the chance to express myself in a way that other materials did not allow me to express myself properly.

There are many ties that links me to the material, not only the feelings I have at the mere sight of the raw material but also what I feel when I work them, the odor, the heat and the texture, merging with other materials offers endless possibilities to express who I am.

When I work, I always have in mind the process of design and realization of the piece.

These processes are adequate to the requirements of each work, I always look for a balance in the composition, I seek rhythm and harmony. This search is evident in the sculptures. Shapes, textures, colors, volumes and planes in the space are analyzed with clinical precision to achieve the desired goal.

Right now time seems to fly as I am immersed in the study of form and the interaction between textures, color, forms, volumes and the arrangement of various materials into space. These are exciting moments in which my work develops, giving meaning to the first sketches, letting the work to express itself.

In my creative work, the idea itself is very important. It grows and matures until birth occurs.

The sculptor expresses his deepest self through his work and manages to connect with an universal feeling that is perceived by those who contemplate it.

Art is a form of creative expression that conveys ideas, beauty, emotions and sensations. It also invites to debate, dialogue and growth.

ARTEVIVO objectives are: to promote the art of man to encourage more admiration, sensitivity, and understanding and sympathy for the creative nature.

Thought: divine love for Nature exerts a cohesive power that guides the universe, directing and holding it all in seamless integration, in union and inclusiveness.

This love is pure reason; its wisdom gives understanding and boosts motivation. It puts into play the magnetic attraction to produce cohesiveness which results in unification of consciousness.
